10) Why horses?
Horses are prey animals. Their number one concern is to feel safe. That comes from a connection within a herd(horse or human herds). Horses are social beings just like humans- we need each other, by coming together we restore trust and build community and connection. A horse does not have preconceived ideas, cast judgement or lie. Their honesty empowers people to reconnect with themselves along with the predesigned program, start to reestablish the joy and well-beings in their lives.
